Health-Ade added Classic Cola to its SunSip prebiotic soda portfolio, extending the brand into a mainstream flavor segment while maintaining its functional positioning.
The formulation provides prebiotic fiber along with vitamins C, B6, and B12, plus minerals zinc and selenium. Each 12oz can contains 5g sugar, 35 calories, and no artificial ingredients, using fruit juice, monk fruit and organic cane sugar as sweeteners.
The introduction aligns with broader trends in functional beverages, particularly the repositioning of traditional soda flavors with added health benefits and reduced sugar content. For developers, the launch illustrates how established flavor profiles can be leveraged as vehicles for functional fortification without deviating from consumer taste expectations.
Classic Cola becomes SunSip’s fourth new flavor of 2025, following Cream Soda, Dr. Bubbles, and Grape. It launches exclusively online August 26 and will be available nationwide at Whole Foods Market starting September 3.
