
The American Egg Board (AEB) invites IFT FIRST 2025 attendees to taste and talk about the latest egg-based product innovations and formulation solutions at AEB’s Booth S1935.
Food and beverage formulators are invited to stop by the AEB booth to:
• Connect with AEB’s experts, Nelson Serrano-Bahri, Director of Innovation; and Nate Hedtke, Vice President of Innovation & Customer Engagement; to discuss how eggs power innovation across food and beverage categories.
• Explore the Eggcelerator Lab 1:1 Solution Sessions, available daily to support R&D teams and product developers with custom egg formulation support.
• Get a sneak peek at the winning concept from AEB’s Annual Student Innovation Competition.
• Taste two new on-trend beverage concepts developed with functional egg ingredients: Custard Crème, a rich and creamy beverage topping; and a Vanilla Custard Protein Shake, a convenient dry mix option.
In addition, AEB will host a “Power Breakfast Hour” at booth S1935 on Tuesday, July 15, from 10:30-11:30 am in partnership with Egglife Foods.
