Laird Superfood, Inc., a brand of functional coffee, creamers, and superfood products made with simple, minimally processed ingredients, launched a larger version of its popular liquid Superfood Creamer with Functional Mushrooms. Available in Sweet & Creamy, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Unsweetened, the products are rolling out onto retail shelves, including Sprouts, Erewhon, and The Fresh Market, and will soon be available at additional stores, including Kroger, Wegmans, and Whole Foods.

The line is made with coconut milk and organic coconut sugar, and the brand’s seasonal flavors, including Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Mocha will also be available in the larger size later in the year.

This announcement follows the recent launch of Laird Superfood Protein Creamer, the only plant-based protein coffee creamer made with only real-food ingredients. It contains 12g of protein per serving and launched in May 2024, after years in development. It also comes on the heels of the brand’s re-launch of its beloved baking mixes in February 2025, including Superfood Cookie Mix (Double Chocolate Chip) and Superfood Brownie Mix (Chocolate Chip), which are gluten-free, minimally processed, and packed with veggies.
